What is Crossfit RSG?
CrossFit RSG opened in Fall of 2016, finding a permanent home inside the Rochester Sports Garden – an indoor sport facility founded in 1995 by Jeanne Stewart. Jeanne truly believed everyone deserved an indoor facility for year-round play. CrossFit RSG was honored to join in on Jeanne’s vision and we continue to live by her example every day.
CrossFit RSG is built around an amazing community of total strangers coming together and bonding over the drive and desire to simply be a better version of themselves.

What is Crossfit?
CrossFit RSG is a 2,300 sq ft. training facility located in Rochester, NY inside the Rochester Sports Garden. If you’re sick and tired of the same boring “globo gym” routine, no longer seeing results from your current training regimen, or simply looking to get in shape but don’t know where to start, CrossFit RSG is your answer. We offer group and individual coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology. Our daily CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity all led by certified instructors. These movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. With a constantly varied approach to training these functional movements and intensity we will lead you to the gains in fitness you are looking for.
