Here at CrossFit RSG we believe that all of our athletes’ needs differ in degree and not kind. What that means is that whether you are a 22 year old Olympic athlete or a 50 year old mother of 3 we all have to move, pick things up and squat. We would never load up your grandmother with 300 lbs. on her back, but we would challenge her to squat whatever she is capable of because squatting is an essential movement to maintaining your mobility and daily independence while also improving your overall fitness. All of our movements are scalable whether this is your first day or your 5th year. That means all of our workouts are designed to fit your individual fitness needs. All of our trainers are certified and ensure that you complete all of the movements safely; we put a huge emphasis on form while pushing you to your limits and becoming a better you.

New To CrossFit?
Have no fear! Here at CrossFit RSG we offer an Intro to CrossFit program designed specifically for the beginner athlete. This program will introduce you to the nine foundational movements of CrossFit, while giving you a true sense of how one of our typical CrossFit classes are conducted. Whether you’re looking to eventually make the jump to CrossFit or you’re just looking for a total body workout our Intro to CrossFit classes are designed for you.
Our introduction classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced, participants will experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout each and every class. We do not use heavy strength training like our regular CrossFit classes.
Classes are approximately 45-60 minutes in length. You can expect running and rowing, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettle-bells, dumbbells and light barbell work.
Reservations are required for our Intro to CrossFit classes. Safety is our main concern so we cap our classes to ensure our athletes can get the adequate attention they need to perform movements properly. Check out our daily schedule and stop down for one of our class times. All you need is some clothes to workout in, a positive attitude and a water bottle. Show up a few minutes early so we can get you all checked in and you can sign a waiver.
First class is free! From there we can talk about membership options or you can check out our rates page. We use Wodify to track all of our workouts and keep track of your results so you can keep track of your results over time.
