Policies and Procedures
As you may know by now, we use Wodify for our membership tracking and billing system. Wodify offers us multiple administrative tools to better analyze our business by keeping better track of memberships and class attendance. So that there are no misunderstandings, we will clearly define our membership and billing policies below.
-All members must sign in at the kiosk prior to your scheduled class. This includes CrossFit, Intro to CrossFit, open gym and any Specialty classes/events.
-Please note that we have a 5-minute grace period for class attendance. Any member arriving over 5 minutes late will only be permitted at the coach’s discretion.
-A stored credit card is required for all memberships
-All memberships renew on a month to month basis
-Absolutely no refunds on membership purchases
-Memberships may be transferred within household (Proof of address required)
-Membership cancellations can occur at any time and for any reason without additional fees. We do request that you provide a reason for cancellation for our tracking purposes.
-While cancellations can occur at any time, members looking to cancel prior to their upcoming bill must notify CrossFit RSG at least 4 days prior the bill due date in order for us to make the necessary changes before your next bill.
-An email to CrossFitRSG@gmail.com is required to cancel your membership. Your membership will be cancelled for the following month and indefinitely thereafter unless other arrangements are made.
-Upon rejoining CrossFit RSG after the termination of membership, memberships will be updated to the current rate for new members (no maintenance of “grandfathered” rates for lapsed memberships).
-All holds must be requested through email at CrossFitRSG@gmail.com
-Holds must be requested for a specific time frame we cannot simply “just put your membership on hold”
-Membership may be placed on hold for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 60 days due to vacation, sickness or injury. (Doctors note may be required)
-There are no retroactive holds: you must let us know in advance if you wish to place your membership on hold.
-Upon expiration of the hold, the member’s account will automatically become active, and payments will resume.
-Holds longer than 28 days will incur a $2 administrative fee.
– Once 60 days of hold has been reached, the membership must either be reactivated, or it will be dropped and any remaining credit will be forfeited. If we do not hear from you regarding what you would like to do with your membership, it will be dropped and any remaining credit will be forfeited.
We are happy to introduce your kids to our fitness programs and our community by appointment. Please come talk to us if you would like to schedule a time to have them visit! You are also welcome to bring your kids to community events such as potlucks, group outings, as spectators at competitions and/or events. For your kids’ safety, during regular business hours (class times and open gym) we cannot permit any child under the age of 16 into the gym. We also will not permit spouses, daycare providers, or other parties to watch your child inside the gym while you work out. We reserve the right to revoke the privilege of kids in the waiting area due to misbehaving, noise or any other reason we find necessary.
Lost/Stolen Item Policy
CrossFit RSG cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items left in the gym, in the bathroom or building, or in a car parked on our premises. Items left out on the gym floor due to forgetfulness (doh!) will be placed in the cubbies or moved to the office. These items will be reviewed at the beginning of each month, and if they are not claimed will either be donated or thrown away.

CrossFit RSG reserves the right to make any and all changes to the terms and conditions. CrossFit RSG is not responsible for any errors that may appear on this website. CrossFit RSG reserves the right to make any and all changes to class times, schedules and locations without any notice.
