Intro to CrossFit

Our Intro to CrossFit program is designed for the beginner athlete. This program will introduce you to the nine foundational movements of CrossFit, while giving you a true sense of how one of our typical CrossFit classes are conducted. This program is required for all first time CrossFitters.
Reservations are required for our Intro to CrossFit classes. Please contact CrossFitRSG@gmail.com to reserve your first Intro to CrossFit class.

Memberhip Holds/Refund Policy
Absolutely no refunds on membership purchases. Memberships may be transferred within household. Membership may be placed on hold for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 60 days due to vacation, sickness or injury. Holds must be requested ahead of time through email. Memberships renew on a monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time in person or through email with 4 days notice. For more information please visit our Policies page.
