Policies and Procedures
Membership Policy
We use Wodify for our membership tracking and billing system. Wodify offers us multiple administrative tools to better analyze our business by keeping better track of memberships and class attendance. So that there are no misunderstandings, we will clearly define our membership and billing policies below.
Signing In
-Athletes must reserve a spot in Wodify prior to the scheduled start time. This includes CrossFit, Intro to CrossFit, Barbell Club, Open Gym and any Specialty classes/events.
– Reservations open 23 hours prior to the scheduled start time and can be made up until 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
– If you make a reservation and decide you need to cancel, please do so ASAP. Any reservations cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled start time will be marked as Late Cancellation.
-We ask that you arrive to class before the scheduled start time. Any member arriving after the scheduled start time will only be permitted at the coach’s discretion.
Refunds/Cancellations/Renewal
– Unless prepaid with Cash, a stored credit card is required for all memberships
-All memberships renew on a month-to-month basis
-Absolutely no refunds on membership purchases
-Memberships may be transferred within a household (Proof of address required)
-Membership cancellations/changes can occur at any time and for any reason without additional fees. We do request that you provide a reason for cancellation for our tracking purposes.
-While cancellations/changes can occur at any time, members looking to cancel/change their membership prior to their upcoming bill must notify CrossFit RSG at least 4 days prior the bill due date in order for us to make the necessary changes before your next bill.
-An email to CrossFitRSG@gmail.com is required to cancel your membership. Your membership will be cancelled for the following month and indefinitely thereafter unless other arrangements are made.
Hold Policy
-All holds must be requested through email at CrossFitRSG@gmail.com
-Holds must be requested for a specific time frame (We need exact dates to input into the system)
-Membership may be placed on hold for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 60 days due to vacation, sickness or injury. (Doctors note may be required)
-There are no retroactive holds: you must let us know in advance if you wish to place your membership on hold.
-Upon expiration of the hold, the member’s account will automatically become active, and payments will resume.
Lost/Stolen Item Policy
CrossFit RSG cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items left in the gym, in the bathroom or building, or in a car parked on our premises. Items left out on the gym floor due to forgetfulness (doh!) will be placed in the cubbies or moved to the office. These items will be reviewed at the beginning of each month, and if they are not claimed will either be donated or thrown away.

CrossFit RSG reserves the right to make any and all changes to the terms and conditions. CrossFit RSG is not responsible for any errors that may appear on this website. CrossFit RSG reserves the right to make any and all changes to class times, schedules and locations without any notice.
