Garden Games
5K Turf-ey Trot
November 28th, 2025
We are so excited to host our annual in-house competition! This is a fan favorite event every year, where the AM and PM classes compete against each other for bragging rights. Four workouts throughout the morning will reign the champion team!
Join us on the morning of Black Friday for our annual RSG 5K Turf-ey Trot! We complete a partner 5K on our indoor turf. Rowing and biking are available options for those who are unable to run. Bring along spouses, kiddos, and family who are in town for the holiday! See you on the turf on Black Friday at 9 am.

Trunk or Treat
October 17th, 2025
Our second trunk or treat event will be happening in the parking lot of RSG. Everyone is welcome, please contact if you plan to participate in creating a Trunk this year.
Beer Mile
Sept. 20th, 2025
At 4:00 on the 20th, we participated in our first Beer Mile! What is a beer mile, you ask? Chug a beer, run a 400m x 4, that's it. It was definetly a day full of laughs and fun!



2nd Annual Garden Gauntlet
Aug. 16th, 2025
CrossFit meets obstacle course. We spent our Saturday morning participating in a CrossFit-style obstacle course through our back parking lot. Participants of all ages and skill levels are welcome. We had a great turnout, with the weather being perfect! 2nd annual Gauntlet is in the books!



Row-A-Thon for Baby Lucas
June 1st, 2025
Baby Lucas was diagnosed with biliary atresia, and he needs a life-saving Liver Transplant. His mother, Sarah, has been a member at CrossFit RSG for over 7 years. The community took part in a Row-A-Thon to raise money for Lucas' transplant on June 1st.






Murph
May 26th, 2025
We recently completed the Murph, which consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, finishing off with another mile run. This annual event, held on Memorial Day each year, honors and remembers those who fought for our freedom. The workout is named after Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who died in Afghanistan during Operation Red Wings.
